Osteoporosis Canada is providing strategies, new ideas and recipes to help you get the bone building nutrients needed for bone health.
Cook with OC features recipes with calcium and protein in addition to other important nutrients, virtual 1-hour interactive instructive cooking demonstrations and cook-along classes led by Emily Richards, PHEc.
These online webinars feature new recipes, tips and techniques to educate and inspire viewers to prepare meals at home helping them to keep bones strong and healthy.
Participants are featured on the Cook-Along webinar and cook with Emily Richards in real time!
The registration fee is $15 per person which provides you with cooking instruction, grocery delivery of the ingredients the day prior to the class delivered by Longo’s Delivered by Grocery Gateway and one Unbreakable Apron.
There is no fee if you want to register to watch the Cook-Along webinar.
There are only 24 spots per class available.
For those outside of the select location or if you prefer to just watch the instructor and learn you will be able to register for free to watch online. In addition, each cook-along will be live streamed on the Osteoporosis Canada Facebook page.
