In Partnership with Get Cracking

Join us with Emily Richards, PHEc as she prepares Egg and Chicken Rice Bowl – a flavourful and satisfying meal with soft scrambled eggs, chicken, vegetables and rice. The unique method of cooking the eggs in the broth helps to create a light fluffy texture that is a perfect match to the tender and flavourful chicken. This will quickly become a new weeknight favourite. Each serving has 100mg calcium, 28g protein, 0.2 µg vitamin D, 61 µg vitamin K, and 50mg magnesium.
