Sue Mah is an award-winning Registered Dietitian and CEO & Founder of Nutrition Solutions Inc. who also is the daughter of a chef. Sue has a natural passion for delicious wholesome food and she is a pro at decoding nutrition science into easy to understand, everyday tips for healthy living. With a 25+ year career as an inspiring nutrition educator and speaker, Sue has appeared in over 500 TV and media features and has presented to audiences worldwide. She is a Fellow of Dietitians of Canada and the 2019 recipient of the C.P. Shah Alumni Award for Excellence in Public Health from the University of Toronto.
