Cooking for one doesn’t have to be boring! Join us with Emily Richards, PHEc on April 16 as she prepares Baked Fish & Fries with Kale Slaw.

This updated classic will serve up a delicious and easy to make meal for one using a sheet pan to bake the breaded fish and potatoes while you prepare the kale slaw. A satisfying dinner or lunch ready in 30 minutes.

Each serving has 400mg calcium, 35g protein, 0.6 µg vitamin D, 33 µg vitamin K and 150mg magnesium.
