Nothing says love like fresh out of the oven biscuits! Join Emily Richards, PHEc as she shows us how to bake up a batch of Homemade Biscuits – perfect to enjoy anytime or for sharing with friends, family and neighbours. These biscuits are perfect to pop in the freezer to have on hand and are tasty on their own or enjoy with Greek Yogurt, fresh berries or with your favourite jam or marmalade. Each biscuit has 75 mg calcium, 4g protein, 0.2 µg vitamin D, 1 µg vitamin K and 10 mg magnesium.
