Doug Cook is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 23 years of experience in a wide range of settings serving diverse needs. He has a mixed bag with respect to his practice ranging from clinical nutrition, to writing for the public, patients and other health professionals, program development, consulting, private practice and has had a variety of experience in media including TV, radio and print and is co-author of several books. Doug currently works at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where he developed an appreciation for the role that food and nutrition has on brain health and mental well-being
