Emergency Preparedness

There are all types of urgent situations that you need to be ready for including climate and environmental disasters like extreme heat and cold, wildfires and severe weather, flooding, power failures, health emergencies and fire. Emergencies can occur suddenly and without any advance warning and if you have a chronic illness like osteoporosis and are limited in mobility due to fractures or are at risk of fracture you need to know what you need to do to protect yourself, prevent injury and stay safe.

Join us on July 9th with Sarah Rydahl, Registered Physiotherapist for Emergency Preparedness to learn about how to plan, prepare and protect yourself, your household and community in the event of an emergency.
