A 6-week interactive virtual program for individuals who have been diagnosed or are at risk of osteoporosis. This in-depth program takes a closer look at osteoporosis and will help people to make informed decisions about risk reduction and how to better manage living well with the disease.

Participants will receive current, accurate information on a variety of topics.
