The Eleanor Mills Inspiration Award Form

Award Criteria

The Eleanor Mills Inspiration Award is presented annually to an active volunteer who:

Is a current, active volunteer.
Has served for at least one year.
Has provided inspiration to others and has proven a catalyst for further action (fundraisers, media stories, advocacy initiatives, etc.).
Is considered integral to the organization by proving their commitment to the mission and vision of Osteoporosis Canada.
Speak openly to others about their experiences with the disease.
Champions the osteoporosis cause actively; has raised the profile of the disease.
A positive role model whose leadership by example provides encouragement and support to all.
Demonstrates the spirit of volunteerism through their on-going actions.
Demonstrates Eleanor’s “never give up” spirit through their actions.
