Join us for Summer Sides & Salads on July 17th with Emily Richards, PHEc as she shows us how to make a super easy Mixed Bean Salad – a great make-ahead recipe you can keep in the refrigerator to enjoy on its own or as a side with 100 mg calcium, 11g protein, 21.5 µg vitamin K and 50mg magnesium.
Emily will also make an Herbed Greek Yogurt Spread you can dip fresh veggies into or spread on crackers or bagels for a quick and easy snack or lunch. Each serving has 50 mg calcium, 4g protein and 9.5 µg vitamin K.
