3 cups (750 mL) chopped cooked Canadian turkey
12 slices bakery style multigrain bread

1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
1 cup (250 mL) whole berry cranberry sauce

1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
Preparation
- Spread half of the slices with mustard. Sprinkle with half of the pepper. Spread remaining slices with cranberry sauce and top with turkey. Place mustard coated slices over turkey. Place into a large 15 x 9 inch (3 L) casserole dish. Set aside.
