Stuff Meatballs with PolentaJoin Osteoporosis Canada’s virtual cooking class, a 1-hour interactive instructive cook-a-long for you to learn how to make Stuffed Meatballs on Creamy Polenta. Each serving has 42g of protein and 450 mg of calcium.

If you live within the city of Winnipeg, you can register for this online class.

There are only 20 spots available so don’t wait to register! For those outside of Winnipeg this cook-a-long will be live streamed on the Osteoporosis Canada Facebook page.

Each registrant will receive a box of ingredients for the recipe from DeLuca’s the day prior to the cook-a-long between 1:00 – 5:00 pm CT.

DeLuca’s in Winnipeg, MB has no-contact delivery and their courier will have a no-touch policy and deliver the boxed groceries including fresh ingredients to your door step the day prior to the scheduled virtual class. You must ensure that you or a member of your household will be home to accept the delivery.
