Unbreakable Challenge 2020 (Edmonton, AB)

Free[vc_column][vc_single_image image=”12721″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column]The Unbreakable Challenge is an Edmonton-based annual event aimed at raising funds for and awareness about osteoporosis.
During the month of February 2020, participants of all ages will pledge to engage in our four-exercise challenge. After determining their baseline tier and capacity, participants will set a goal to reach by the end of the month for each exercise type, and work daily to reach that goal.
On February 29, 2020, participants will celebrate their achievements at our final event, where we will have presentations, group exercises, and snacks. Details forthcoming shortly!
