Cook-Along: Arugula and Roasted Red Pepper Meatball Pasta
Join Osteoporosis Canada’s virtual 1-hour interactive instructive cook-along cooking classes for you to learn new recipes featuring calcium and protein – bone building nutrients needed for strong and healthy bones.
Check the location of each cook-along and if you live within the listed area, you can register for the class that interests you during this 5-part series.
There are only 24 spots per class available so don’t wait to register!
For those outside of the select location or if you prefer to just watch the instructor and learn you will be able to register for free to watch online. In addition, each cook-along will be live streamed on the Osteoporosis Canada Facebook page.

For cook-along participants:
The virtual cook-along will be hosted on Zoom using on your computer, tablet or mobile device. The Zoom link will be emailed 1 day before the class.
Each registrant will receive a food delivery containing the ingredients for the featured recipe from Longo’s delivered by Grocery Gateway the day prior to the cook-along.
Registration is $15.00 per person, per online class.
For every cook-along, every registered participant will receive:
- Grocery delivery of ingredients for the featured recipe for that week’s cook-along. Everyday ingredients such as salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil and vinegar will not be included.
- One Osteoporosis Canada #unbreakable apron

Emily Richards is a professional home economist, freelance food writer, chef and cookbook author who also enjoys culinary instruction for home cooks who want to learn more and have fun in the kitchen.
