- Why can’t I access the presentation via Google Chrome?

- I’m not available to watch the live presentation; can I view the presentation on another date?
Yes. If you’re unavailable to view the live virtual education forum, the details to view the archive presentation will posted on this website after 10 business days. Click here for the list of all archived presentations to date.
- How do I submit my questions to be answered?
When a presentation goes live, there will be an “Ask a Question” feature. Please note that the presenter may not have time to get through all of the questions submitted based on the volume of incoming queries. Click the bubble/chat icon on the top left side of screen, type in your email address and question in the body of the email, your question will be forwarded to the moderator for response.
- There are times when I lose audio and/or visual, what do I do?
If slides are not advancing, try right click over the webcast & select ‘refresh’ from the drop-down menu. There are a number of issues that can arise that can affect an individual’s viewing of a webcast. They can be anything from firewall &settings & bandwidth settings at a location or having ‘Compatibility View’ turned on (which it should not) to not having the most up-to-date plug-in like Flash Player or Silverlight. - I am having issues with audio. What can I do to fix it?
Check that your speakers or headphones are plugged into the correct jack. Also check the volume levels of your speakers/headphones AND on the computer. Make sure that “Master Volume,” is not muted, and that your volume is set at an appropriate level. Try to play an audio file on your computer to determine if sound is working on your system.
